Selected from more than 1,000 entries, the name of “Barry Bee” has won the 2014 .buzz NameTheBee contest. The name “Barry Bee” was submitted by Andrew Leighton from Dutchess Capital. Leighton will receive the $1,000 grand prize and a .buzz domain name.

The contest was sponsored by Bill Doshier, founder of .buzz and the .buzz top-level domain. .buzz is the internet location for the legal cannabis industry, including its business owners, investors, activists, bloggers and entrepreneurs. .buzz was created in early 2014 and is now home to thousands of individuals and organizations who are active in the cannabis community.
